The excellence of Langlois Crémant de Loire wines lies in the quality of the grapes cultivated at the heart of its vineyard on the banks of the gently flowing River Loire in Saumur.
Langlois vineyards
When a winemaker cultivates their own vineyard in the Loire Valley, it is a sign of a deep-rooted connection to the land and a dedication to quality wines. This is why Maison Langlois tends to its 62 hectares of vineyards in the prestigious Saumur wine region, inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage list, with the utmost care.
With its mosaic of limestone-based terroirs, mild Atlantic climate, and outstanding grape varieties, dominated by the Chenin Blanc grape, the conditions are ideal for creating truly unique wines.
Commitment to quality
The Maison does not purchase must or clear wine to complete its Crémants bruts premiums. An exception in the Loire Valley, the Maison only sources grapes from trusted growers. A bold choice, this enables our winemakers to control the pressing process and maintain the highest quality standards for our blends.
